How do you care for your Forest Jewelry?-Remove your jewelry before showering and avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as perfumes.
-After wearing, wipe with a dry soft cloth.
-Do not use jewelry cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners for plated, pearl and gemstone jewelry.
-Store each jewelry separately in a dry place either in your forest box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
We will only accept returns of items due to manufacturing defect. Before sending out the items to you, we will check each piece of our jewelry carefully. However upon receipt of the item(s), please kindly check it/them thoroughly. If in the event there is an manufacturing defect, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We are however, unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene purposes.
For returned items, they must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition upon receipt and sent back together in their original packaging. Please kindly email us at email@example.com with the order number and a photograph of the defect for our reference.
Upon receipt of the defect items, we will inspect them accordingly. If there is stock for the same item, we will exchange the defect piece with a new one. If, however there is no more stock on hand, you can either choose another product of equal value or we will offer you a refund or store credits. Please also note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. We recommend that you use a tracking mode of delivery as we will not bear the responsibility of any lost mails. Return parcels are to reach us within 14 calendar days from dispatch date for local orders, or 30 calendar days for international orders.
